Growling Clown Entertainment came into life in 1999 and are now responsible for the design, production and promotion of some of the most innovative and original live entertainment shows in the UK.  All of which are available to be booked for private, public, university and corporate events.  Our shows are highly flexible and can be adapted in many ways to suit most budgets and requirements.

 

Growling Clown Entertainment also provide all manner of individual and group performers for all of your corporate and private event requirements.

Besides the above events, we also have this show available for booking ...

The Midnight Circus which is a story-led theatrical circus show (part funded by the Arts Council), and which premiered to an ecstatic response at the 2008 Newcastle Gateshead comedy festival.  This show also sold out the 500 capacity Durham Gala theatre on 30 May 2008 - with the other half of the show being a Cabaret Excentrique variety performance (burlesque, comedy, music, dance and contortion!).

 

In September 2008 Growling Clown Entertainment finished filming a 30 minute pilot for a bizarre new TV sitcom proposal called "Freakarama" in conjunction with GC10 Productions.  The show is based around a supernatural family of circus freaks!  More info on this exciting new project at www.freakarama.com or see the promo clip here.

 

As already mentioned, besides full shows we provide individual performers from a vastly diverse range of performance fields including stand-up comedy, circus, cabaret, burlesque, magic, hypnotism, music and after-dinner speaking, and regularly provide stilt-walkers, human statues, dancers and fire performers for events and nightclubs.
